Avery Kinsey from Newberry is awarded the TV20 Soccer Play of the Year.

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) - Throughout the summer, you have the chance to vote for your favorite high school sports play of the year.

And from Newberry, Avery Kinsey earns your vote for the TV20 Soccer Play of the Year.

Kinsey hit the game winner against Williston in the Class 2A district semifinals in a 4-2 shootout, which broke the tiebreaker. Kinsey also ironically won for flag football, as she had the lone weekly play in that growing category.
