Achi at the Ritz-Carlton is a special sushi dinner worth the splurge

This week, I visit Achi , a new omakase dinner held each Friday at the sushi bar of the Lobby Lounge at the Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis in Clayton. Chefs Alexander Kuzin and Joseph Dang lead you through 10 courses of seasonal Japanese fare. The dishes highlight seafood, but Kuzin and Dang intentionally steer away from more conventional nigiri sushi and sashimi — and the highlight is a cup of soup Dang first crafted for his young son.
