State’s senators help pass $9B in cuts to foreign aid, public broadcasting

WASHINGTON -- Members of the Arkansas congressional delegation have thrown support behind a $9 billion rescission package pushed by President Donald Trump, revoking previously appropriated dollars for foreign aid and public broadcasting.
