Nachos de Cochinita Pibil, PiKante (Booth 16, 4 tickets)

I believe this translates to “Mountain of Nachos” or something close to that. Pulled pork covers crispy chips with a delectable salsa and a cheese sauce smothering the entire thing. What’s incredible is they have invented a small cardboard dish that contains such a huge amount of nachos in a single space. There’s enough here to feed a small family with nachos to spare.
