Tonight features the risk for a couple of isolated storms. Most of the region will remain quiet but any storm that can develop will have the potential of producing small hail and strong wind gusts. This threat will be highest over the WV mountains. It's a muggy night on tap with an added influx of heat and humidity behind a warm front passing through from south to north, with low temperatures only dipping into the low to mid 60s.

Friday provides a good chance for thunderstorms - some of which are expected to be strong to severe - with plenty of heat and moisture for storms to utilize and an approaching cold front from the west.
