BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - A St. George man is facing a sex crime charge after grabbing a little girls butt, according to the probable cause arrest report obtained by WAFB.

According to those arrest records, William Eduardo Sanchez Serpec, 21, approached a group of kids playing basketball in a parking lot on Manchester Avenue around 7:30 p.m. Saturday, May 17.

He allegedly offered the victim alcohol and money from his wallet before running his hand down her back and squeezing her buttocks.

Witnesses confirmed to the investigators what happened and said the man was blowing kisses at other children as well.

The responding deputy went to Serpec’s apartment. The deputy reported Serpec appeared to be intoxicated and was unable to give a statement.
