MADISON COUNTY, Tenn. (WREG) — Two people are dead after a Greyhound bus from Memphis crashed with another vehicle on the way to Nashville on Monday night, according to state police.
The crash involved a passenger vehicle on Highway 70 East near Jackson, Tennessee, police said.

Thirty people were hospitalized, the bus company said. A spokesperson for Greyhound said Tuesday that most of those hospitalized have already been released from hospitals.
There were reportedly a total of 34 people aboard, including 32 passengers, one bus operator and one relief driver.
"Our team is actively investigating the situation and providing necessary assistance to our passengers, the driver, and law enforcement," the bus company said
