WAKE VILLAGE, Texas (KSLA) - At least three alleged bandits are on the run following the armed robbery of a Wake Village, Texas credit union.

Police say just before 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 29, employees at Red River Credit Union, located at 4714 West 7th Street, were exchanging money at an ATM when two people got out of a car. One of the subjects was armed with a handgun and took a large amount of money from the credit union.

The suspects’ car was found abandoned in Texarkana, Arkansas.

“Currently, we don’t have enough of a description to provide. The suspects were wearing facial, head covering, things of that nature, so it is very difficult right now. We are still going through that process looking at videos trying to determine better information,” Wake Village police detective Chri
