East Carolina kept its postseason hopes alive Sunday afternoon with a commanding 11-4 win over No. 17 Florida, eliminating the Gators from the NCAA Conway Regional.

With the victory, the Pirates (35-26) advance to their sixth consecutive regional final and will face No. 13 national seed and regional host Coastal Carolina Sunday evening at 6 p.m. A win would force a decisive Game 7 on Monday for a spot in the Super Regionals.

Florida’s season comes to an end with a final record of 39-22.
