Canadian wildfire smoke is making the air hazy in Rhode Island Wednesday.

Rhode Island residents woke up to hazy skies Wednesday morning as smoke from wildfires in Canada made its way across the country .

Wednesday's air quality is moderate, but there's some good news, said Caitlyn Mensch, a meteorologist at the National Weather Service Boston. The smoke is likely to stay high up in the atmosphere, meaning that the air quality won't get too much worse in Rhode Island.
