Leading nutritionist Tim Spector has warned against late night snacking, deeming it the 'worst thing you can do' for weight loss. Sitting down with fellow Zoe nutritionist Dr Sarah Berry on the Better Brain podcast, the scientists discussed the importance of timing when to eat, and how eating after a certain time in the evening can damage your health.
