CYPRESS HILLS – Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez and state officials on Wednesday announced that the owner of tobacco company Hothead Grabba , two managers and the company itself have been charged with grand larceny, conspiracy, and related charges for allegedly withholding wages and violating state labor laws. More than two dozen employees were allegedly cheated out of more than $310,000 in wages.

Hunter Segree, 28, of New Jersey; Isayed Rojas, 30, of Staten Island; and Joshua Howard, 30, of Queens, were arraigned Wednesday by Justice Danny Chun on a 74-count indictment, and ordered to return to court on Aug. 13.
