LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - A grand jury handed down an indictment against the man accused of hitting and killing an Arbor View High School senior Wednesday.
According to court documents obtained by FOX5, suspect Keenan Jackson , 37, faces DUI and reckless driving charges in the crash that killed 18-year-old McKenzie Scott on Friday, May 2.
The Clark County grand jury claims Jackson had .08 blood alcohol concentration at the time, which is three times over the legal limit. The jury accuses Jackson of negligence and failing to yield to the right of way.
Keenan faces a $500,000 bail on both counts.
He is expected back in court on June 10 at 8 a.m.
