The Bloomington North boys powerful pack of distance and mid-distance runners have piled up quite a collection of medals and trophies over the past two years.

It started with a title and a state record that still stands in the 3,200 relay at the 2023 outdoor state finals. Then came the program's first indoor state title as a team in March of 2024. It translated into a third-place finish as a team at last year's outdoor meet, the best finish and the most points (40) they've ever posted as a team.

They were just getting started, taking the state cross country meet by storm to earn North's first title since the legendary 1980 group. Then came a dramatic repeat as indoor state team champs. A sixth regional title in a row outdoors leads into the IHSAA state boys outdoor meet this Friday, June
