BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - The Bryan-College Station Chamber of Commerce Legislative Affairs Committee met Wednesday morning to receive updates on the Keep Water Local Campaign.
With the 89th Texas Legislative Session wrapped up, local leaders are turning up the volume to protect our water resources. The campaign pushes back against a plan to export water from the Brazos Valley, and now leaders from both Bryan and College Station are working to rally the community.
Elected officials and city leaders gave public relations firm Crosswind the greenlight last year and have since been working to spread the word.
