NY AND NATIONWIDE — THE FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION NEEDS TO REMOVE OUTDATED RESTRICTIONS on obtaining the abortion medication mifepristone, says a petition that NY Attorney General Letitia James and the attorneys general of California, Massachusetts, and New Jersey filed on Thursday, June 5.
