PAGELAND, S.C. —

The investigation into who shot a 7-year-old girl in South Carolina continues and a $2,000 reward is now being offered.

The Pageland Police Department said the girl was shot just after 1 a.m. on June 1 on Brewer Circle.

She was airlifted to the hospital, where she remains in critical condition.

Police say there is a $2,000 reward for information that will give them probable cause for an arrest and criminal charges.
