A Boone County jury found a 42-year-old man guilty of shooting at a vehicle in a shots fired incident last year in downtown Columbia, according to court records.

The jury found Charlie Sneed guilty on two counts of unlawful use of a weapon, two counts of armed criminal action, one count of unlawful possession of a firearm and one count of tampering with physical evidence, according to court documents. The jury found Sneed not guilty of first-degree assault, which he was originally charged with .

The verdict indicates that Sneed shot at a vehicle that was pulling out of a parking space on East Broadway in Columbia.

The jury delivered the verdict Wednesday night after a two-day trial, according to court records.

Sneed has 25 days to file a motion for a new trial.
