INDIANAPOLIS (WNDU) - The Indiana Fever are 3-4 this season, but they’re missing their superstar Caitlin Clark.
Clark has been out since May 24 as she’s been dealing with a left quad injury. It’s the first time in her professional or college career that she’s had to miss regular season games due to injury.
When the Fever first announced her injury, they said she would be out for a minimum of two weeks, which would put her on track to be returning soon.
On Thursday, she addressed the media for the first time since she’s been ruled out.
“I’ll be reevaluated, so I’ll miss this weekend’s game. After that, it’s day-by-day and see how I feel, turn to the medical staff and see what they think,” Clark said. “I feel like I’ve made a lot of progress and I feel good, and I’m not going to rush c
