PULASKI COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man for distributing meth reportedly supplied by a source in Louisville.

Deputies said the investigation began in early 2025 with the help of ATF.

They identified James Bradley Townsend, 56, as the main suspect.

Officials said they found him in the Bend of the Lakes community.

ATF federally indicted Townsend in May. He is charged with conspiracy to distribute a methamphetamine mixture and distribution of a methamphetamine mixture.

Townsend is being held in the Laurel County Detention Center.
