EL CENTRO — On Wednesday night, 445 students from Central Union High School participated in the 117th Annual Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2025. The ceremony commenced at 8 p.m. with a formal procession, followed by a welcoming address from Principal Craig Lyon. Senior Class President Diego Quezada then led the audience in the Pledge of Allegiance.

The Great Spartan Band, under the direction of Drum Major Valeria Guevara, performed the Star-Spangled Banner. The event featured speeches from graduates Ayden Rodriguez and Azul Amador, and the Great Spartan Band entertained the audience with a medley of musical selections.
