June has started off particularly wet for Grand Junction. In fact, yesterday, June 5th, we broke the daily record for precipitation with 0.49" of precipitation! That beats out our previous record of 0.48 set back in 1984.

Rainfall continues today, with us expecting another fifth of an inch of rainfall on Friday. There will be some potential for variation today, depending on the movement of a low pressure system in northern Utah. A cold front passes through as well. That'll keep our highs in the upper 70s today, which could affect the timing of our precipitation today, too. Grand Junction will have a high of 77 degrees.
