WEST VIRGINIA (WCHS) — Miss West Virginia 2024 Jennifer Reuther visited ARC Appalachia to discuss her year of reign.

As a type one diabetic, she has channeled her experiences into a new path and purpose as Miss West Virginia.

Reuther has spent the year traveling across the state promoting her initiative "Wellness Across West Virginia."

Reuther told ARC Appalachia that she will be spending her time after she gives up her title working full-time as a physician assistant in Charleston.

The Miss West Virginia 2025 pageant will be held in Martinsburg June 18-21 at The Airborne Event Center.
