GREEN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - A motorcycle rider is dead after a crash Friday morning in Green Township.

Police said Mason Braun, 22, was in the left lane on eastbound I-74 when his motorcycle went off the road and struck a guardrail at about 8:30 a.m. Braun was then thrown from the bike, off the overpass and onto Harrison Ave.

Braun was taken to the hospital where he died from his injuries.

Police say speed may have been a factor in the crash. Braun was wearing his helmet.
