A civil case brought a woman who accused a group of San Diego State University football players of raping her at a 2021 off-campus house party has been fully resolved, the woman’s attorney confirmed Friday.
The San Diego Superior Court judge overseeing the matter was informed of the resolution of the case against Nowlin Pa’a Ewaliko during a readiness hearing Friday morning, the woman’s attorney, Dan Gilleon, said. Gilleon said documents confirming the dismissal are expected to be filed soon.
The terms of the settlement with Ewaliko, if any, were not disclosed. Court records indicate Ewaliko does not have an attorney, and he could not be located for comment Friday.
