Multiple rounds of storms are likely through the weekend with some severe weather possible at times. Damaging wind and small hail will accompany the strongest storms along with heavy rain and lightning. The potential for a tornado is low, but not zero.

Today, we are expecting two rounds of storms, one in the afternoon and possibly one in the late evening hours tonight. Timing for the first round of storms is from 11 AM - 5 PM. The main threats will be damaging winds up to 60 mph, as well as a low end threat for large hail and a brief spin up tornado. Temperatures will warm into the mid 80s before rain moves through.
