A federal judge has t hrown out Justin Baldoni's $400 million countersuit against Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds in the latest development involving the months-long legal saga between the co-stars of "It Ends With Us."

On June 9, Judge Lewis J. Liman of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York — who is presiding over the actors' trial set for March 2026 — granted a motion to toss the lawsuit filed by the Wayfarer Parties, which includes Baldoni, as well as the "It Ends With Us" director and actor's other suit against The New York Times, documents obtained by TODAY.com confirm.
