CAMP HILL, Pa. (WHTM) - Cody Balmer, the Harrisburg man charged with setting fire to Governor Josh Shapiro's residence on April 13, has been returned to SCI Camp Hill.
Previously, on April 24, Balmer was moved to SCI Waymart, which the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections describes as "the focal point for the treatment of all psychiatric inmates."

According to the Department of Corrections, Balmer returned to SCI Camp Hill on June 4. It's not clear why Balmer was moved back to SCI Camp Hill from SCI Waymart.
