A new TK Maxx is set to open in a shopping centre in Sussex.

Plans have been submitted to Eastbourne Borough Council seeking permission to install large TK Maxx branding at The Beacon shopping centre, close to Eastbourne railway station.

The application seeks advertising consent for the new branding.

The branding would be installed above the existing River Island logo (Image: TJX Europe) However, it also includes drawings showing the location of a large new TK Maxx unit within The Beacon shopping centre.

The plans reveal that the new TK Maxx branding would be installed directly above the existing River Island logo on the side of The Beacon.

TK Maxx, a discount clothing and homewares retailer founded in 1994, is based in Watford, England.
