Pete Davidson opened up about becoming a father for the first time after his actress girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt , announced that she’s pregnant.

“I did it!” Davidson jokingly said about the pregnancy while appearing on Tuesday’s episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon . After the audience burst into applause, Davidson took a moment to express how excited he is for fatherhood.

“Anybody who knows me, it’s my dream to be a dad, so I’m so excited,” he said, noting that Hewitt is also looking forward to becoming a mother. “I’m excited to see her be a mom, so we’re stoked.”
