San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk Josie Gonzales officially delivered the 2025 Assessment Roll to Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector (ATC) Ensen Mason on July 1, marking a 6% year-over-year increase in assessed property value. The total roll value reached $361 billion, up from $340 billion in 2024, reflecting the assessed value of all locally evaluated real estate, business, and personal property as of Jan. 1.
“Every number on that roll represents a family, a homeowner, a small business and a dream,” Mason said. “My job is to ensure that tax bills are calculated correctly, and property taxes are collected and distributed with accountability and respect. We are committed to safeguarding both public funds and public trust.”
