Sky Restaurant Concepts , the Valley-based restaurant group behind Squid Ink Sushi and Highball Cocktail Bar, announced its new culinary experience, Sparrow , opening early Fall at the Trailhead in Peoria. Sparrow will feature an American Eclectic menu, celebrating a vibrant blend of cultures, flavors, and styles that reflect the richness of modern American cuisine.

The 4,300-square-foot restaurant will offer an open-concept layout with a warm, inviting ambiance, a full bar with lounge seating, and a spacious covered patio. Sparrow is a result of a collaboration between Ganem Companies , ALINE Architecture and Social Design Studio to develop a restaurant intentionally constructed as a welcoming neighborhood gathering place that brings people together through flavor and design.
