A 23-year-old man has been arrested as the suspect in a string of July burglaries at Tempe businesses, police said Wednesday.

Jose Perez-Robledo, 23, was arrested in connection with the burglaries that took place July 3-8 at Quicky Tempe Boba, Johnny’s Burgers and Dogs, Serrano’s Restaurant and Karla’s Taco Shop, according to a Tempe Police Department release.

Perez-Robledo used rocks to break into the closed businesses in the middle of the night where he would steal a cash drawer or register, said police, who refer to the case as the Rockin
