A 14-year-old boy was critically wounded in a Thursday afternoon shooting in Harrisburg, police said.
Officers from multiple agencies who were near 5th and Woodbine Street heard the gunshots around 3:30 p.m. and were already providing aid to the boy when Harrisburg officers arrived.
Police Lt. Kyle Gautsch said the boy was taken to a hospital in critical but stable condition.
The boy’s condition as of Friday was not immediately available.
No arrests have been made. Gautsch said on Friday that police are tracking down leads.
