A man accused of injuring five people in a Tulane/Gravier area hit-and-run was arrested Friday, according to the New Orleans Police Department.

Bryan Johnson, 27, allegedly fled the scene of the crash at South Claiborne and Tulane avenues on foot at around 1:40 p.m. Wednesday.

Initial police reports indicated that all five victims were juveniles, but NOPD on Friday said four adults and one toddler were injured.

The injured adults include a 40-year-old woman who drove a 2010 Toyota Corolla. The occupants of the other vehicle, a Kia Soul, include a 40-year-old woman, a 25-year-old woman, a 20-year-old man and a 3-year-old girl. All were treated at a hospital and released except the Corolla's driver, NOPD said. She reported injury but declined to take an ambulance to the hospital.
