Georgia-Pacific denied any claims of discrimination or wrongdoing in a legal response.

A De Pere man is suing a Green Bay paper mill for wrongful termination, claiming the company violated the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act .

In a federal lawsuit filed March 6, Christopher Myrick, 34, a former employee of the Georgia-Pacific paper mill in Green Bay, alleges that he was wrongfully terminated for excessive absences he says were federally protected time off.
