ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A Rochester man has been arrested after incidents Saturday involving a crowbar and a hammer.

Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the Delta Sonic on Penfield Road around 4 p.m. Saturday for a man allegedly threatening people with a crowbar. The suspect was gone before they arrived, but witnesses were able to provide a vehicle description.

A short time later, deputies were called to Route 390 South for a report of a male throwing a hammer and striking another vehicle. They located and stopped the suspect vehicle on Monroe Avenue in Pittsford, where 19-year-old Nikita Moiseiev was taken into custody.

Moiseiev is charged with Criminal Mischief (3rd), Menacing (2nd), Obstruction of Governmental Administration (2nd) and Resisting Arrest.
