Jersey Cash 5 jackpot worth $220K won by ticket sold at liquor store

A Jersey Cash 5 lottery ticket sold at a liquor store in Jersey City won Sunday’s $219,820 jackpot.

The lucky ticket was sold at Belmont Liquors on Monticello Avenue, lottery officials said.

Sunday’s winning Jersey Cash 5 numbers were: 6, 8, 27, 28 and 44. The XTRA was 5 and Bullseye was 27.

The odds of a $2 ticket matching all five numbers (between 1 and 45) for the daily drawing are 1,221,759 to 1.

Monday’s top prize rolls back to $150,000.
