NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — North Little Rock police have now arrested a suspect wanted in connection to a homicide that occurred overnight in the 5500 block of Maple Street.
According to reports, at about 11:30 p.m. on July 28, officers were called to the 5500 block of Maple Street with reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found an adult male lying in the roadway suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
The victim, later identified as 28-year-old Chris Young, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials later named 26-year-old Robert Bussey as a suspect wanted for the death of Young on charges of first-degree murder and the unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle in the first-degree.
On August 5, Bussey turned himself into police, and his bond was set for $100,000
