GLENDALE, Ariz. — Cardinals defensive tackle Dalvin Tomlinson is 325 pounds of Renaissance man, which is fitting considering he's hoping to lead a Renaissance on the defensive line .

Arizona signed Tomlinson on the same day he was cut by Cleveland. A few days into fall camp, it's evident his talent jumps off the page in quite a few different ways.

"Being released isn't the easiest thing for a player," Tomlinson said. "But (it's nice) also to have other teams interested in you and see what you can bring to the team and help the team out."

Tomlinson said he couldn't have drawn it up any better.

And he's actually well-versed in the drawing field. When he isn't racking up the sacks, he's sitting down to sketch.
