CLEVELAND, Ohio – High Noon is recalling some of its beach variety packs because some contain alcohol and are mislabeled, according to the Food and Drug Administration and the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau.

The drinks - 12-packs of 12-ounce cans - are filled with High Noon vodka seltzer alcohol and are mislabeled as Celsius Astro Vibe Energy Drink Sparkling Blue Razz edition with a silver top.

The recall affects High Noon beach variety 12-packs that were shipped to distributors in Florida, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin. Distributors shipped the product to retailers in Florida, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin.

Shipping dates were July 21 to July 23.
