HOUSTON (CW39) — Don’t let today’s slight cooldown fool you — it’s still going to feel just as hot as yesterday across much of the Houston area. By mid-afternoon, "feels-like" temperatures are expected to reach 103 to 105 degrees due to high humidity.

Even with slightly lower actual temperatures, the humidity keeps the heat index high and the discomfort lingering.
