OXNARD, Calif. (KLTV) - At the Cowboys training campus, it’s not just about the blitzing, catching passes and learning your assignments after practice. It is a family affair. Something Coach Brian Schottenheimer deeply encourages.

Before practice was over, Schottenheimer was unhappy with his team and had them run. Fights were once again the reason, but after practice, the softer side of coach came into full view. Schottenheimer, alongside the players, engaged with their children after letting off some steam.

Coach related to the young kids being at practice as he reminisced of when he was their age, greeting his father Marty after practice.
