On Wednesday evening, Arkansas State Police announced that a suspect was taken into custody at about 4:57 p.m. related to a case involving a double-murder that took place on a trail at the remote and rugged Devil's Den State Park last weekend.

Andrew James McGann, 28 and of Springdale, has been arrested and charged with two counts of Capitol Murder, accused of killing Clinton David Brink, 43, and Cristen Amanda Brink, 41, while the couple was hiking with their daughters, 7 and 9, on July 26. The daughters were not injured in the incident and are safe with family members.
