ALLEN COUNTY, Ky. (WKRN) -- A man was taken into custody for various drug and traffic offenses after a passenger vehicle reportedly collided with a semi-truck early Thursday morning in Allen County.

According to the Scottsville Police Department, officers responded to an injury crash at the intersection of U.S. 31-E and Highway 231 shortly after 3:45 a.m. on Thursday, July 31.

Officials said a 2003 Peterbilt was traveling north on U.S. 31-E when a 2023 Toyota heading east on Highway 231 failed to stop at a red light, resulting in a collision with the semi in the intersection.
