DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - A Davenport woman is charged after police say she fraudulently charged more than $218,000 using credit cards from three different companies.

According to arrest affidavits, Jessica Kathryn Webb, 39, completed fraudulent transactions totaling $218,673 between June 2023 and April 2025.

Webb is being held in the Scott County jail on a $250,000 bond for:

One count of ongoing criminal activity

One count of forgery

One count of tampering with records

Three counts of first-degree theft

Four counts of identity theft

The most serious charge, ongoing criminal activity, is a Class B felony punishable by up to 25 years in prison.

According to police, Webb:
