After spending years being more favorable to sellers, Scottsdale’s real estate market looks to be stabilizing and tipping in favor of buyers, according to local experts.

The supply and demanding look to be equaling out in the market after years of a shortage of homes giving sellers the advantage, said Phoenix Realtors President Christy Walker.

“Giving buyers an opportunity to get in and not having to give up all of their rights or over pay is a really great thing,” she said.

The the months of supply was up 29.3% in June of this year to 5.3 months over June of 2024’s 4.1 months. Two years ago the count was around three months.
