Owner of grounded vessel had warrant for felony larceny and possession of stolen goods

Update: The owner of the Pura Vida sailboat that grounded on the beach on the Cape Hatteras National Seashore has been identified as Dominik Tarzia. According to the Dare County Sheriff’s office, which took him into custody, he had a warrant for arrest from Carteret County for felony larceny and possession of stolen goods.
