Buddhist Temple of San Diego, 2929 Market St., San Diego, will hold its annual Bon Odori on Saturday, Aug. 2, from 4 to 9 p.m.

The festival will include taiko drumming, food and refreshments, a raffle, and Asianware at the Obon Again Store.

Dancing begins at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome to join in. Dances will include “Bon Odori Uta,” “Asadoya Yunta,” “Tanko Bushi,” “Pokemon Ondo,” “Hokkai no Abarembo,” “Ei Ja Nai Ka,” “Akachan Ondo,” “Tokyo Ondo,” “Hanabi Ondo,” “Shiawase Samba” and “Beautiful Sunday.”

The Hondo (main hall) will be open to the public for viewing and reflection, as well as offering incense.
