On the lower Columbia River from Rocky Point/Tongue Point line upstream to Bonneville Dam there were 100 salmonid boats and 357 Washington bank rods were tallied on the July 26 flight count.

Section 1 (Bonneville) — 68 bank anglers kept three steelhead and released 24 steelhead.

Section 2 (Camas/Washougal) — Three bank anglers had no catch; eight boats/11 rods kept one steelhead and released two Chinook.

Section 3 (I-5 Area) — 14 bank anglers kept three steelhead; four boats/eight rods kept two steelhead and released two steelhead.

Section 4 (Vancouver) — 46 bank anglers kept three steelhead and released one steelhead; six boats/nine rods kept two steelhead and released one steelhead.
